Highlander provides non-emergency medical transportation services exclusively through approved insurance providers and medical transportation brokers. We do not contract with or provide services directly to individual private retail customers.
We offer the following non-emergency medical transportation options:
Ambulatory Transportation
For passengers who can walk independently or with minor assistance and need reliable transportation to approved medical appointments.
Wheelchair Transportation
Safe transportation for passengers who use wheelchairs, utilizing vehicles equipped with ramps or hydraulic lifts.
Stretcher Transportation
Transportation for bed-bound individuals or passengers who must remain reclined during transit.
